What areas do We service?

We service the counties of Gaston & Lincoln North Carolina. We do not service any other areas at this moment.

What will Taylor’s Trash Service NOT pick up?

We do not pick up or dispose of any hazardous materials such as paint, freon, or any other chemical items. Please do not place these items in your trash or recycling bin as it may cause danger to the worker.

What are the hours of operation?

Trash & Recycling are picked up based on your contract. These days vary per person and location. Pick-ups can be re-scheduled due to inclement weather. Taylor’s Services observes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and will not pick up trash or recycle on these dates. When will my trash/recycle bins be picked up?

Trash & Recycling are picked up starting at 5:00 am and we ask that your trash and recycling be out the night before pick up. Your trash must be secured at the top and contained in plastic trash/other bags and in a trash can with the lid firmly secured. Trash cans/bags, when full, cannot weigh more than 35 pounds. Recycling materials must be in the blue waste can and only items listed on the attached may be placed in said can.

How can I manage my payments?

Payments can be made monthly online manually or you have the option to subscribe to monthly payments that automatically come from your checking account. We also except cash, cashapp ($tayloul) and checks. Please make checks payable to Taylor Trash Service.

Payments are due the 15th of every month, there is a two day grace period if the 15th falls on the weekend. A cancellation or early termination we ask for a 15 day notice.

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 10.00 dollars will be assessed. If payment is not received within sixty (10) days of the due date, the Taylor’s Trash Service has the option to turn unpaid accounts over to a collection agency, issue a citation for ordinance violation, and/or terminate collection services. Taylor’s Trash Service may elect any or all options at its sole discretion
